Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is an acute febrile viral disease that often accompanied by symptoms such as headache, bone or joint and muscle pain, rash, low white blood cell count, transmitted mosquitoes through the bite of Aedes mosquito. The purpose this study was to determine whether there correlation between density sp mosquito larvae incidence Hemorrhagic Fever in working area ??Tanah Jawacommunity health Center, Tanah Jawasub district, Simalungundistrict 2022. This type research analytic survey with a cross sectional design. population were all houses Jawa sample determined random sampling technique provisions ABJ many 100 houses. Collecting data using questionnaires observation sheets, analysis used univariate bivariate chi-square test. results indicated daily water reservoir p value 0.009 (0.05), 0.008 (0.05) meaning significant reservoirs, presence (DHF), Not 0.786 means no non-water reservoirs DHF, larval index House Index (HI). ) (31%), Container (CI) (5%), Breathe (BI) (33%) categorized medium density, Larva Free Rate (ABJ) (69%) high. conclusion dengue ??the JawaCommunityHealth District, Simalungun district
